We are the voice for the Asian Pacific American legal profession in the State of Washington, promoting justice, equity and opportunity for Asian Pacific Americans. We serve as a resource for our members and foster professional development, legal scholarship, advocacy and community involvement.
Become a Member of the ABAW
ABAW was formed in 1987, and our membership includes over 500 APA attorneys, judges, professors, and law students in a wide-range of practice areas and locations. We invite you to join ABAW.
Any individual who is duly admitted to practice law in the State of Washington or another state, and who is in good standing, is eligible to join.
Membership is always free for currently-enrolled law students of any US accredited law school.
Interested in Getting Involved?
The ABAW has many different volunteer opportunities, including legal clinics, the annual banquet committee, mentorship, solo/small firm networking, and judicial evaluations. Contact membership@abaw.org for more information.
