2024 GALA INFORMATION!  

We are currently looking for sponsors for the 2024 Annual Gala- please contact Justin Lo (justinylo96@gmail.com) and Fred Rabb (fred@rabb-law.com ) and for more information.  Please note that Fred Rabb’s email listed in the save-the-date flier is incorrect, and the correct email to contact is in this notice.

This year’s sponsorship tiers are listed below. 

Sponsorship Levels include the following:

·       Orchid: $7,500 (Three (3) spots available and receives a full table of ten (10) seats plus VIP reception) 

·       Lotus: $3,750 (Receives a full table of ten (10) seats)

·      Hibiscus: $1,750 (Receives a half table of five (5) seats)

·       Cherry Blossom: $600 (Limited to solo practitioners and small firms of two to five attorneys and not-for-profit organizations and foundations and receives two (2) seats

After-Party Sponsor: $2,500 (Receives no seats and may be combined with any of the above sponsorship tiers)

We invite our sponsors at the Orchid and Lotus levels to provide any marketing materials for “goodie” bags that will be available to guests at the check-in desk and invite sponsors at the Orchid level to provide any marketing materials to be placed at each table at the gala. Our sponsors at the Orchid level will be invited to a VIP reception with honored and distinguished guests and scholarship recipients prior to the cocktail hour, be seated with our honored guests, and be featured in our marketing materials for the event.

This year, we also invite our sponsors to consider sponsoring the official ABAW Gala After-Party to be held in the 515 Bar & Lounge at the Renaissance Hotel. The After-Party sponsors will be credited separately in our materials (in addition to any gala sponsorship) and have the opportunity to include a marketing display of their choice at the post-gala event.
