Come celebrate summer with us! Bring your family and friends to picnic and play with ABAW and KCWWL! Magnuson Park boasts scenic views of Lake Washington and a large picnic area (we are in Shelter #2). Wear your (swim) suits to enjoy the sandy swimming beach. This 4.5 star (on Yelp) park has a kid play area and large grassy lawn, so this is an event for all ages to get out and have fun. (If you have a lawn game, e.g. corn hole, badminton, Frisbee, feel free to bring that, too.)
KCWWL and ABAW will provide fried chicken, plates, cups, ice/cooler and utensils. This is a potluck picnic event, so we encourage you to bring something to share: salad (last names A-H), non-alcoholic drink (last names I-L), fruit (last names M-S), or dessert (last names T-Z).
